SL4M was born from a simple frustration: too many games play it safe. Founded in 2023 by a small team of industry veterans who left AAA to go independent, we exist to build the games we always wanted to play — dark, immersive, mechanically deep experiences that respect the player's intelligence.

We're fully remote, fiercely independent, and funded by the games we ship. No venture capital. No publisher interference. Just great games, made by people who care.
